Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the x8k platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the account holder) and x8k. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the x8k platform.

These Terms apply to all users of x8k regardless of how they access the platform — whether via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other permitted access method. By creating an account on x8k, you also confirm that you are accessing the platform voluntarily, in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable laws, and that you are doing so for personal entertainment purposes only.

Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use the x8k platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. x8k is strictly an adult platform and operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. x8k may require documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately with any funds subject to forfeiture.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and persons acting in a representative capacity may not open or use an x8k account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• You must not be a current or former employee of x8k, or an immediate family member of such an employee, unless x8k has given prior written consent.

x8k reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any account holder at any time. Failure to cooperate with any verification request within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of the relevant account pending resolution.

Account Registration and Security

Each eligible person may register only one x8k account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. x8k employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts, and where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your x8k account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. x8k strongly recommends that you:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. A strong password contains a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters and is at least 8 characters in length.
• Never share your x8k password with any other person, including persons claiming to be x8k customer support staff. x8k will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• Change your password immediately if you have any reason to believe it has been compromised, guessed, or shared with an unauthorised third party.
• Log out of your x8k account after every session, particularly when accessing x8k from a shared or public device.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on x8k — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). x8k does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. x8k reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time, and updated limits will be displayed in the account Deposit and Withdrawal sections.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your x8k account balance instantly upon confirmation of payment. Withdrawals to verified accounts via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of the request being submitted during business hours. x8k reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, which may extend processing times. x8k accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

x8k operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make a deposit where technically possible. x8k may require documentary verification of the source of funds deposited into any x8k account at any time, and failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is complete. Any funds identified as arising from illegal or fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and forfeited.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

x8k may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives to new and existing account holders from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside the offer:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotional period per account. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts, payment methods, or devices constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• x8k reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or suspend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn after it has already been credited to an account, x8k will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice where possible.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only. x8k does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or profitability in connection with the use of any bonus funds. Wagering requirements must be met entirely before any withdrawal request for bonus-derived funds will be considered.

In cases of dispute regarding the application or calculation of wagering requirements, x8k's records shall be conclusive. Players are encouraged to review their bonus status in their account dashboard at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x8k. Engagement in any prohibited activity — whether confirmed or suspected — may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of the relevant account, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud in any form, including but not limited to the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; chargebacks initiated fraudulently; and misrepresentation of identity or age.
• Money laundering or any activity intended to conceal, disguise, or legitimise proceeds of crime through the x8k platform.
• Collusion between players in any multiplayer game format, including agreeing to split winnings, sharing hand information, or coordinating betting patterns to exploit the platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the x8k platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers, including the systematic exploitation of bonus terms, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any wagering pattern designed solely to exploit bonus conditions rather than for genuine gaming entertainment.

x8k's determination as to whether any prohibited activity has occurred is final and binding. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may submit a formal complaint to x8k's customer support team, who will review the case and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsible Gaming

x8k is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. x8k is strictly an adult platform — access is limited to persons aged 21 and above, and x8k enforces this limit through a zero-tolerance policy and KYC verification procedures. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits using the tools available in their account settings. These tools take effect immediately upon activation. Self-exclusion options are also available to players who wish to take an extended break from gambling.

x8k accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred by players who continue to use the platform after having set and then voluntarily overridden their own self-imposed limits. Intellectual Property

All content on the x8k platform — including but not limited to the platform's design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to x8k and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x8k platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the x8k platform or its content without the prior written consent of x8k. Any unauthorised use of x8k's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x8k and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the x8k platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether x8k was advised of the possibility of such damages.

x8k does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While x8k takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, you acknowledge that all use of x8k is at your own risk. x8k's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your x8k account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination and Suspension

x8k reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if x8k has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in any prohibited activity, has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

You may close your x8k account at any time by contacting x8k customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

Amendments to These Terms

x8k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to the Terms, x8k will endeavour to notify registered account holders by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number associated with the account. Your continued use of the x8k platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using x8k and may close your account in accordance with Clause 10 above. The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the Terms were most recently updated.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and x8k arising from your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting x8k customer support via live chat. x8k will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts for final resolution. x8k makes no representation that the x8k platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction outside of the platform's intended market.
